How we work

From brief to posted.

Five steps, and only one of them is real work for you: sending us what you already have.

  1. 01

    You send the briefDay 0

By email or through the form. This is all we need:

    • Name of the night, date, set times and venue
    • Line-up with links (RA, Instagram, SoundCloud or Bandcamp)
    • Ticket link, prices and tiers
    • Two or three texts of yours that you like, so we get the tone

If the timetable isn’t final, we start anyway and add it when you have it.

  2. 02

    We write48 h

The 48 hours start once the brief is complete. For festivals and EPKs the timing is set in the proposal; an EPK takes 5 working days.

Bios are written from each artist’s public sources. Anything we can’t confirm is flagged.

  3. 03

    You review1 round included

Mark whatever doesn’t sound like your venue in the same document and we adjust it. Every pack includes one round of changes.

  4. 04

    We deliverOrganised by channel

One document with everything ordered by channel and posting day, in Google Docs or Word, plus a plain text file per piece so you can copy and paste without odd formatting.

  5. 05

    You postOn your schedule

By default you post. If you’d rather we schedule the posts, we can set that up on the Club plan.

House rules

What we don’t do.

  1. Make up facts about an artist

No labels, dates or clubs they haven’t played. If it hasn’t been published by the artist or their team, we don’t write it.

  2. Post without your approval

Everything goes past you first. If we schedule, it follows the calendar you signed off.

  3. Write the same for every venue

A late-night techno club and a sunset house terrace don’t get announced with the same words. We start from your own texts.

  4. Design posters

We work with your artwork or your designer’s. The Club plan templates respect their work.

FAQ

Is there a catch with the free sample?

No. Send us a real date and we deliver the full pack. If it works for you, post it. If you want to carry on, pick a plan.

Who writes the copy?

We use writing tools, AI included, to prepare first drafts and translations. Everything we deliver is reviewed and edited by a person at the studio, and you give the final sign-off.

Do you post on my socials?

By default we hand over the copy and you post. If you want us to schedule, we can do it on the Club plan.

What if I’m not convinced?

Every pack includes one round of changes. On the Club plan, if the first month doesn’t work for you, you stop with no penalty.

How do payment and invoicing work?

By card through a secure payment link, or by bank transfer. We issue a VAT invoice to your company.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. Everything is done remotely, in English or Spanish.
